Traveling overseas provides us with an emotional and spiritual journey that allows us to experience other cultures. However, before traveling abroad, you’ll first need to gather all necessary travel documentation, purchase any necessary clothing or equipment, and book your hotels and flights. Often overlooked is preparing your body for this international voyage. This may entail receiving all of the recommended travel medicine and vaccines to help prevent you from being sick while on vacation.
